SALON POLICIES

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

Please be aware that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time. We will make every effort to accommodate a timely rescheduling.

If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a “no-show” and treated as a missed appointment.

If you have two or more no-shows in the past, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit of the total service cost upfront to secure any future appointments. This deposit will be applied to your total on the day of service, but is non-refundable if another no-show occurs.

This policy allows us to manage our schedule more effectively and provide timely service to all clients. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. This policy helps us respect the time of our stylists and clients waiting for appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Deposit Policy

A 20% deposit of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your service.

Please note:
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited our cancellation & rescheduling policy will apply.

This policy helps us manage our bookings efficiently and fairly. 

Payment Policy

Payment for all services is required in full on the same day of your appointment, immediately upon completion of your service.

Service Satisfaction & Redo Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, you must notify us within 3 days of your appointment. Requests made after this period will not qualify for a complimentary redo, and standard charges will apply for any corrective work.

If you express dissatisfaction during your appointment, the full service charge will still apply, but a redo will be provided at no additional cost. We will do our best to accommodate the redo on the same day; if that is not possible, we will schedule a correction service within 7 days of your original appointment.

Chemical Service Disclosure Policy

For all chemical services, full disclosure of your hair service history and product use is mandatory during the consultation. Failure to provide accurate information may result in unforeseen reactions or damage. Loco London and its staff cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise due to incomplete or inaccurate disclosure of your hair history. Your honesty ensures the best possible results and the health of your hair.

Children in the Salon

We want you to feel relaxed and enjoy your appointment; however, we understand that sometimes bringing your child may be necessary. If you do bring your child, please ensure they remain well-behaved throughout your visit. This includes:

· Sitting next to you or in the waiting area

· Avoiding excessive noise

· Not roaming the salon or disrupting staff or other clients

If your child becomes disruptive or behaves in an unsafe manner, we may need to pause or cease your service. In such cases, your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

No Pets Policy

For the safety and comfort of all our clients, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing pets into the salon.
